This policy explains how Senra Sportswear ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you use this website or place an order with us. Senra Sportswear is a sole trader business. If you have any questions, you can contact us at info@senrasportswear.co.uk.

What we collect

When you place an order, our payment provider (Stripe) collects your name, delivery address, email address and phone number in order to process payment and arrange delivery. We store this information, along with what you ordered (item, size and quantity), so we can fulfil and track your order. If you use the "Request a club shop" form, we store the name, email, phone number and message you provide.

How we use it

We use your information only to: process and fulfil your order; arrange delivery or contact you about a club shop order; respond to enquiries you send us; and keep the records we're required to keep for accounting purposes.

Payment

All card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details ourselves.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, other than Stripe (to process payment) and, where relevant, a delivery courier (to post your order to you).

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to 6 years).

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how we use it. To do so, email info@senrasportswear.co.uk. If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site only uses the minimum technical storage needed for it to function (such as remembering the contents of your basket). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy covers two different types of purchase on this site: Store items (in-stock, ready to ship) and Club Shop items (custom team-branded batches). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Store items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, unworn (other than to try it on) and returned in its original condition and packaging where possible.

To start a return, email info@senrasportswear.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Once we receive your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund (including the original delivery cost) at no charge to you.

Club Shop items

Club Shop items are custom, team-branded pieces ordered in batches on behalf of a club. Each item only goes into production once its shop round closes and the minimum order quantity for that item has been reached.

Because these items are made to order specifically for your club once a round is confirmed, we're unable to accept cancellations once your order has been placed. If an item does not reach its minimum order quantity by the round's close date, that part of your order is automatically refunded in full to your original payment method — you don't need to do anything.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect Club Shop item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund. Please check sizing carefully before ordering, as fit issues on a correctly supplied item are not covered by this policy — if you're unsure of sizing, get in touch before ordering and we're happy to help.

These terms apply to every order placed through this website, whether a Store item or a Club Shop item. Senra Sportswear is a sole trader business. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Club Shop orders

Club Shop items are ordered in rounds with a minimum order quantity per item. An item only proceeds to production once that minimum has been reached by the round's close date. If it isn't reached, any orders for that item are automatically refunded in full — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details. Once a round closes and an item's minimum has been met, that order cannot be cancelled, as production is committed on your behalf at that point.

Delivery

Store items are dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after your order. Club Shop items are dispatched once produced and received from our supplier after the relevant round closes — timescales can vary by club and will be communicated where possible.

Our right to cancel an order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in the case of a pricing or listing error, unavailability of stock, or suspected fraud. If we do this after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund.

Our liability

We aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, as required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
